" My art and career are driven by creativity and adaptability, both of which are fueled by systems thinking. From an early age, I have been ambitious about women empowerment and always been vocal about women’s rights. Being a part of Millennium Fellowship, I will be able to enhance my skills as well as be a part of something bigger, which will help me to deal with the social issues I’m more concerned about. I am excited to embark on this journey and look forward to the opportunities and growths that await. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Impact Initiators - Project Shurjomukhi
We are 'Impact Initiators'; our mission and vision are to impact the lives of orphan children through educational programs and career counseling. Our approach is holistic, meaning we understand the child comprehensively rather than just one perspective.Project Shurjomukhi was conceptualized with the aim of empowering children through knowledge and essential life skills into different stages. We identified three key focus areas: internet safety, financial literacy, and mental well-being, based on research and needs assessment. And, through careful considerations these topics were selected to address critical gaps and provide children with tools to navigate challenges effectively.
