Millennium Fellowship Project: Deaf Awareness Event

This project aims to promote awareness about the challenges faced by the deaf community and foster inclusivity in society. The event will take place in October and include activities such as educational workshops, interactive sessions on sign language, and personal stories shared by members of the deaf community. Participants will gain insight into the importance of communication access and inclusivity for people with hearing impairments. By hosting this event, the project seeks to inspire action and encourage individuals, institutions, and policymakers to create a more inclusive environment for the deaf community in Botswana.
