This platform offers the chance to collaborate globally and drive lasting, meaningful change. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Lighthouse
Project Lighthouse is an online, anonymous peer support group established to address the critical lack of mental health resources and the high incidence of academic stress and anxiety among college students in Islamabad. It operates by providing a safe, stigma-free platform where participants can share their struggles and coping mechanisms, thereby counteracting the negative cultural pressures that prevent students from seeking formal help. The group's primary strategy is maintaining strict anonymity during its structured weekly sessions to ensure emotional safety, with the long-term vision of developing a scalable model and training future student leaders to normalize support-seeking across the region.
