" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it represents a chance to amplify youth voices and create meaningful change in mental health. I do this work because I believe every young person deserves access to support, hope, and the tools to thrive—mental health is not a privileged, it’s a right. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Youth for the Mind-Jóvenes Por La Mente
Youth for the Mind is a mental health podcast and educational project created to make psychology accessible and stigma-free for young people. Through videos and audio content on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, the project provides clear and relatable information on emotional well-being, psychotherapy, family dynamics, and daily mental health challenges. Its mission is to build a supportive community where young people feel understood, validated, and empowered to care for their mental health.
