Millennium Fellowship Project: Center for Social Action

At the Center for Social Action, I work to bridge the educational gap for children from marginalized communities. Our mission is simple but vital: make quality education and essential resources accessible to all, not just the privileged few. I’i've spent over 100 hours teaching children in underserved areas covering academics, life skills, and creative workshops that build confidence, communication, and critical thinking. One of our major initiatives, KidZania, introduces children to real-world career paths through immersive, hands-on learning. We also launched a safe and vibrant activity center specifically for orphaned girls. In another project, Utsav, we blend learning with celebration—hosting workshops, movie screenings, and community meals. Through all these initiatives and more, I strive to reduce the glaring gap in the availability of quality education in India. While education may be accessible in form, true quality is often reserved for the privileged. My goal is to level this playing field—ensuring that every child, regardless of their background, has access to education that empowers, equips, and uplifts. Beyond CSA, I also serve as we provide school supplies, shoes, books, and other essentials to over 60 underprivileged students every year. These small acts ensure that basic needs don't become barriers to learning.
