Covenant University | Ota, Nigeria | Advancing SDG 17 & UNAI 3

" Consistency and equality I'm thrilled to be a Millennium Fellow because it is a powerful opportunity to turn bold ideas into real impact, while proving that youth can and should take the lead in shaping our world. I believe young people everywhere, including those in developing countries, deserve the chance to succeed, to innovate, and to show that we are not just the leaders of tomorrow, but leaders today. Through this fellowship, I hope to work alongside peers who share my commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals, and to inspire other youth to believe that their voices and actions can create lasting change. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Eco campus compost
This project focuses on cleaning the house and school environment and repurposing what is cleaned to be used for other purposes. It targets my school environment and students around me in general. By working together with others on interconnected projects, we supported each other’s efforts and discovered that more people care about the environment. The project aimed to reduce plastic pollution and improve sanitation, which is now done more frequently, making the school cleaner. Biodegradable waste is now reduced and redirected to plants within the school.
