" I am driven by the belief that innovation and technology can create tangible opportunities for marginalized communities, especially women and children. Becoming a Millennium Fellow excites me because it offers a collaborative platform to enhance my leadership, scale my social impact, and turn ideas into real-world solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Through this fellowship, I hope to strengthen my ability to translate vision into action, empower communities, and inspire systemic change. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project GLO
The “Restoring Identity” project helps homeless and formerly homeless women in Kenya regain access to essential services by supporting them to obtain or replace national ID cards. Through partnerships with local chiefs, registration offices, and women’s shelters, the project provides documentation support, legal guidance, and follow-up through the GLO platform.
