Millennium Fellowship Project: The Time is Now: Mind Campaign

The Time is Now: Mind Campaign is a structured, community-centered mental health awareness initiative designed to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental illness in Pakistan and promote psychological well-being as a fundamental component of overall health. Aligned with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being (Target 3.4), the project delivers six interactive, culturally resonant sessions that educate, empower, and mobilize young adults and community members. By fostering dialogue, building mental health literacy, and connecting participants with resources, The Time is Now: Mind Campaign aims to reduce stigma, increase help-seeking behavior, and create a network of informed mental health advocates.
