United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: PerfectLead Hub

PerfectLead Hub is a youth-centered initiative designed to build emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and personal growth among students. The project focuses on helping young people understand themselves, manage their emotions, improve communication, and build healthier relationships. Through workshops, mentorship, group discussions, and practical activities, PerfectLead Hub equips students with the tools they need to succeed academically, socially, and personally. The goal is to raise emotionally aware and value-driven young leaders who can influence their communities positively. By the end of the Millennium Fellowship, the project aims to create a more supportive, peaceful, and productive campus environment.

About the Millennium Fellow

Seyitan Adekoya is a dedicated and visionary young leader, Statistics student from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria, passionate about using data, emotional intelligence, and leadership to drive social impact. She is a Data Quality Analyst and Emotional Intelligence Advocate, committed to fostering unity, peace, and sustainable community growth. Seyitan has led projects addressing communication challenges, promoted health initiatives, and empowered youth through capacity-building programs. With her strong leadership skills and commitment to service, she aims to continue creating meaningful change while contributing to the achievement of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in education, health, and community development.
