" As a strong advocate for SDG 13, I am driven by the belief that we have just one home; The Earth. And we have a responsibility to protect our one home, Earth, for future generations. This commitment is the core motivation for my work. As a Fellow of the Millennium Campus Network (MCN), I am committed to making a positive impact on my community and country and I believe this fellowship provides a platform and credibility that will enhance my ability to drive meaningful change. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Action- Kids in Climate Action.

The aim of the project was to educate primary school students on the impacts of Climate Change and the actions that can be taken to change the narrative of the harmful effects of climate change. This project had the single aim of promoting SDG 13- Climate Action. I also touched a bit on the SDG 6 as we discussed proper waste disposal and management methods. I decided on primary school children because I completely believe in the "catch them young" method. Teaching primary school students will help inculcate the habit of positive climate actions that grows with them and becomes part of them.
