" My passion for women’s empowerment stems from the belief that when women realize their worth, entire communities flourish. I aim to create spaces for learning, healing, and leadership through education and skill-building. The Millennium Fellowship will help me turn this vision into action, collaborate with global change makers, and drive meaningful change aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Learn to Lead
I want to educate people about the women empowerment like what is it, how it works and its impact to outshine in life through seminars, workshops, courses and sessions with psychologists. I feel like people not knowing the importance of feminism and women being empowered is why we see the world is still lacking behind in equality. There will a core team of 50 people. Each will be divided into sub-teams with specific tasks assigned. We will arrange seminars on specific topics like female rights, hygiene, education , early marriage etc and bring guest speakers to talk with the audience. At the seminar, we will do a psychology quiz to test their current state of mind and later will provide free psychology sessions as per their state. After that we will arrange courses where they can learn different soft and hard skills for their improvement in career. Overall, my aim is to make realize a woman how important she is and what are her basic rights and what she needs to do to enhance her life for a better future.
