Kabale University | Kabale, Uganda | Advancing SDG 4, SDG 3 & UNAI 9

" "Driven by passion and empathy towards others" Seeing children drop out of school just because of scholastic materials and others due to loss of morale pushed me a lot to set up this initiative. Being a Millennium scholar, it’s a grand opportunity for all my dreams towards social impact coming true in line with UNAI principles and SGD's. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Educate the Needy Child Initiative
Educate the needy child initiative, a project aimed at improving the health and nutrition of malnourished children in local communities through targeted community outreaches. It also mentors high school students, inspiring them to dream big and pursue tertiary education. The project has improved nutrition in about 15 households around Kabale University and reached 15 schools to mentor learners on life skills and morale-boosting. Limited resources remain a challenge, though strong commitment has enabled these achievements.
