Millennium Fellowship Project: Inclusive Hiring in Healthcare
This project focused on promoting inclusive hiring and disability awareness in healthcare. During the Fellowship, research on barriers faced by individuals from marginalized and disabled communities led to an in-depth interview with KU Med HR. Based on findings, a one-page evidence-driven infographic with hiring recommendations was created and shared for review. The project achieved its main goals of research, professional consultation, and resource development, while broader dissemination and feedback collection remain ongoing for future impact.
