Millennium Fellowship Project: Biodegradable, Non-biodegradable and Waste Management Sustainability
The "Biodegradable, Non-biodegradable and Waste management sustainability" projects address the pressing issue of waste management and it's environment implications. In this project, I categorie waste into two primary types; biodegradable waste and Non-biodegradable waste.
Biodegradable waste are things that can break down naturally or by decomposed by microorganisms such as fungi and bacteria, and these wastes include; food, papers and so on. In contrast, the Non-biodegradable wastes are things that cannot be broken down naturally or by decomposition. These includes, plastics, glass, synthetic fibers and so on.
My aim is to develop an effective waste management strategies to mitigate the adverse effects of waste in our environment. To achieve this objectives, I explores sustainable solution like recycling and reuse of materials, compositing, and reducing of waste generation through minimizing of our daily materials.
By adopting these ideas, I strongly believe the environmental, health, and economic risk associated with improper waste management can be minimize and so we can live in a cleaner, greener, and sustainable environment
