Millennium Fellowship Project: THE SAFE STEP PROJECT
The safe step project is a project designed to collaborate with foundations to create awareness in sexual harassment, molestation and under quality education. We notice that some schools don't have a proper counseling system, that look into these problems. So the project is to help schools get help both pre-counseling and post- counseling to scholl children and teenagers.
About the Millennium Fellow
Ikechi Glory Nmesomachukwu is 23 year old girl, the only of her parents. She is currently studying Economics at the Lagos State university, Ojo. She is a Nigerian and hails from the eastern part of the country. You might be wondering, "a 23 years old still an undergraduate" Yes!!! Her story is one for when gives you lemon, you make a lemonade out of it, she almost didn't go to school because of funds, but here she is.
Glory is a lover of music , a writer and an analyst. she is very curious on how she can use data to change the world, she is also known as the big data girl. Glory is also passionate about leadership, she is the leader of the young people in her church, she is also an active member of the Levites of school of leadership. She is teachable and very eager to unlearn and learn.
