Millennium Fellowship Project: PEA FOUNDATION
The Pyramid Education Advancement (PEA) Foundation is a youth-driven initiative focused on expanding access to quality education and promoting academic growth within underserved communities. The foundation is committed to helping students build solid educational foundations, just like a pyramid, by providing the guidance, resources, and support they need at each stage of learning.
Through literacy advocacy, community outreach, mentorship, and awareness campaigns, the PEA Foundation works to improve reading culture, connect students with academic opportunities, and inspire a generation of young people who are confident in their potential.
About the Millennium Fellow
Sofiyyah Adeyemi is a final-year Law undergraduate at Lagos State University, driven by a deep passion for justice, learning, and service. She actively combines her academic pursuits with impactful volunteer work, contributing to initiatives that promote literacy, education, and food security. Through roles in student leadership, moot coaching, and community projects, Sofiyyah has demonstrated dedication, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility. Her journey reflects a commitment to using legal knowledge not just for personal advancement, but to empower others and create meaningful, lasting change.
