" Empathy and advocacy, grounded in a passion for health equity, fuel my work in amplifying access to early diagnostic services and healthcare, especially in underserved communities. The Millennium Fellowship offers me a unique platform to collaborate with like-minded change makers, refine my advocacy skills, and align my work more deeply with the SDGs. I am eager to explore innovative ways to drive inclusive and sustainable change in healthcare access. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: RADFIRST

RADFIRST is a health-awareness and access-bridging initiative focused on radiology education and preventive care. The project simplifies key radiography topics, such as imaging procedures, radiation safety, bone health, and diagnostic literacy into easy, relatable outreach sessions, digital content, and school/community engagements. Beyond education, RADFIRST works to bridge the gap between knowledge and access by seeking sponsors, raising funds, and partnering with diagnostic centers to make essential imaging services available for free or at discounted rates, especially for people who cannot afford them. Through this dual approach; education and access, we aim to empower individuals with understanding and the means to take action on their health.
