I look forward to collaborating, exchanging ideas, and growing as a leader committed to making a difference. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Bridging The Gap Initiative
This project is about supporting people who are often overlooked—whether they’re young people selling small items on the street, working long hours in shops when they should be learning, or adults stuck in survival mode. Not everyone has access to formal education or stable work, but that shouldn’t mean they’re left behind. The goal is to create a space where people can learn real, practical skills—things like basic tech, communication, creative trades, or financial literacy. These are tools that can open doors, build confidence, and offer better alternatives to just getting by. A big part of the vision is building connection across generations. Older people have experience and wisdom. Younger ones bring energy and ideas. When they come together, everyone benefits—and communities grow stronger. This project is rooted in dignity, not charity. It’s about creating opportunities that meet people where they are and showing them, they have more to offer.
