Millennium Fellowship Project: Empowering People During Health Crises
From Panic to Prepared is a project that helps individuals turn stress and panic into confidence and readiness. It teaches practical skills and strategies to handle emergencies and unexpected challenges effectively, building resilience and calm decision-making through workshops and interactive learning.
The target audience for From Panic to Prepared includes students, young professionals, and community members who may face stressful situations or emergencies. The project is designed for individuals seeking to improve their preparedness, decision-making skills, and confidence in handling unexpected challenges.
During the Millennium Fellowship, the project successfully helped young people manage stress and handle unexpected challenges. We conducted workshops and created educational resources that improved participants’ confidence and problem-solving skills. Our goals were to raise awareness about emergency preparedness, teach practical coping techniques, and foster resilience. These goals were largely achieved, as participants reported feeling more prepared and calm in stressful situations.
