Millennium Fellowship Project: Mind in Motion

The Mind In Motion initiative is a social impact project under the Millennium Fellowship that addresses a global decline in fundamental motor skills (FMS) linked to increased dependence on technology. The project aims to restore the balance between the mind and body by integrating movement-based learning and mental awareness into educational settings. The initiative draws on research confirming a worldwide regression in children's FMS levels and studies that validate the effectiveness of play-based interventions in enhancing motor, social, and cognitive skills. The project targets young children to prepare them academically and personally through improved focus, creativity, and confidence.
