Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Enable
The project seeks to advance inclusion and equal opportunities for children in special education and individuals with intellectual disabilities by addressing the structural barriers that maintain their marginalisation. Through legal analysis, advocacy, and engaging with the community, the initiative will aim to enhance awareness, strengthen policy execution, and develop accessible learning materials. By partnering with teachers, families, and local stakeholders, the project intends to foster an environment where every person, regardless of ability, has the opportunity to flourish with dignity and respect.
About the Millennium Fellow
Gurkaran Singh is a law student committed to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals through legal advocacy and community engagement. He focuses on creating inclusive opportunities for children in special education and championing the rights of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Through his initiatives, Gurkaran seeks to drive systemic change, promote equity, and build a society where every individual can realise their full potential.
