" From developing an app to address homelessness and participating in SHARED, to conducting research at Cold Spring Harbor DNA Lab, the Biomedical Engineering Nanomedicine Lab at CUNY, the RSI/MIT lab, the VA/Llorente lab, and Stanford Children’s Hospital research, I have seen firsthand how passions can spark meaningful change in communities. I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow, which offers the opportunity to turn my passion into greater impact—a global platform to collaborate across cultures, regions, and disciplines, pool our strengths, amplify collective impact, and contribute to building a better world. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Children’s well-being shapes the nation’s future

My project focuses on improving children's health and well-being by making sure they have access to the care, support, and information they need to grow up healthy and strong. I work with my intern hospital, schools, and local organizations to teach healthy habits, promote mental wellness, and connect kids with helpful resources—because every child deserves a chance to thrive. Children are the future of the world
