Millennium Fellowship Project: Mind space

Mind space is a collaboration in mental health wellness and pomotion, encoperating mental health coping strategies particulrly for school going youths in secondary schools, high schools and also colleges, the motivation for this is that in our communities there is an increased incidence of sucide, depression and other mental health issues which are so painfully debilitating that they often lead to death and school dropouts in some cases.

About the Millennium Fellow

Katlego Botsang is a bright, young, and globally competitive medical student at the University of Botswana. She was born in Francistown, Botswana, and currently resides in Gaborone, where she is pursuing her studies. Truly a citizen of the world, Katlego has always been passionate about helping people and promoting their well-being and wellness.
This passion has been shaped by her experiences within the international community and her ongoing commitment to social action. Katlego aspires to pursue a professional career where she can further her passion for helping others while making meaningful contributions toward achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
