Millennium Fellowship Project: Beat Breast Cancer
It is a project regarding breast awareness campaign...As we all know, in most of the developed countries the mortality rate has been decreased for this cancer due to early detection,
But in Pakistan due to lack of awareness, women usually present it in the 4th stage, that results in increase mortality rate.
Our main goal of this project is to launch awareness campaigns through social media and campaign in jinnah hospital to increase the awareness.
The main purpose of this project is to promote early detection and to encourage women to recognize early signs and symptoms of breast cancer through self examination and timely medical check ups.
About the Millennium Fellow
Suhayya Batool is a bright student, studying medicine at Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore Affiliated with University of Health Sciences in Pakistan. She is an eager and enthusiastic person. She loves welfare works that make an impact in society. She possess excellent leadership skills. Her love for humanity and the urge to make an impact makes her a millennium fellow.
