" "I'm excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it aligns with my passion for nursing, leadership, and driving social change. As a future nurse and advocate for equity and women's rights, I believe health is a fundamental pillar of development. Through this fellowship, I hope to contribute meaningfully to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals especially those centered on good health, gender equality, and reduced inequalities." "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Green Campus Movement

The Green Campus Movement is an initiative aimed at making the campus safe for students and to promoting sustainable development. Its focus is on reducing environmental pollution on the campus to improve healthy living. This will also impact students' performance in their academics positively. When the environment is clean, there will be a significant reduction in the rate of infectious diseases which mostly thrive in filthy places. Not only will there be improvement in academics, it will extend to other areas of students' lives.
