" The Millennium Fellowship excites me because it affirms that my ideas and actions matter. Leading EduRural allowed me to act on my passion for education and equality, and to inspire children in underserved communities to believe in their dreams and pursue brighter futures. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: EduRural

EduRural is a youth-led initiative that brings education directly to underserved children, especially those on the streets who are excluded from formal schooling. The project creates safe, open learning spaces in community areas, where volunteers deliver short, engaging lessons in literacy, numeracy, and creative skills. By meeting children where they are, EduRural provides not just education, but also mentorship and hope, reminding every child that their dreams are valid and their future is bright.
