Millennium Fellowship Project: Confidant Glamorique
Confidant Glamorique is an initiative that empowers young women to be confident, elegant, and self-reliant. The project teaches secondary school girls fashion confidence, posture, public behavior, and leadership mindset, helping them see value in themselves and walk with pride.
Through interactive school sessions and personal mentorship, the project equips young women with the mindset and skills to become economically independent, supporting UN SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth by inspiring them to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
About the Millennium Fellow
Chinweike Confidence Akachukwu, a smart Electrical Engineering student at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, born in Gombe State and now lives in Enugu State, Nigeria. Confidence is passionate about renewable energy and is committed to creating sustainable solutions for today’s energy challenges. She is the founder of "Confidantglamorique", a fashion brand known for crafting elegant, empowering designs for women. Confidence is passionate about training and mentoring aspiring fashion designers, equipping them with the skills and entrepreneurial mindset needed to achieve financial independence. Through clean energy innovation and fashion artistry, she works toward contributing to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
