Millennium Fellowship Project: You Matter (The Mental Health Project)
You matter It is a mental health awareness project which focuses on promoting emotional well-being among young people especially secondary school students . It encouraged open conversations , seeking help and knowing that it's okay not to be okay but what is not okay is to be silent . Through school outreaches and support from counselors the project creates safe space for students to feel seen , heard and supported.
About the Millennium Fellow
Adesina Titilayo Deborah is a very determined , disciplined young woman . She has decided to leave her comfort zone and chase her dreams against all odds . She is an excellent team player and loves to learn and build on what she already knows to be better . She is Nigerian and resides at ilorin Kwara state Nigeria . She is currently a student of university of ilorin studying medicine . She dreams of having a global impact and be useful to the world .
