I believe that by inspiring others to embrace the importance of health and education, we can collectively transform lives and contribute to a brighter future for all. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: The Ideal Mindscape
It is an established fact that most secondary school and even university students face different forms of challenges, stemming from their social life to their academics which may end up impacting their mental health negatively, leading them into drugs or even depression. This is because at this stage, they are undergoing maturity and trying to understand themselves. However, in this phase of development, if not properly guided, they may make terrible decision they end up regretting in the long run, driving them into mental health challenges. The Ideal Mindscpe is a project that targets these category of people (secondary school and university students) and tries to provide a means out of the ills of societal pressure, by creating mental health awareness and facilitating the maintenance of a stable mental health state, through the process of maturity. It implores techniques like mental health talks, one-on-one advising with seasoned mental health professionals and counselling if a mental health issue has been identified. The main focus of this project is substance abuse, as we have noticed that around these periods, people get exposed to drugs and may end up being long-term addicts if not properly addressed.
